Annotations

As you read:

• Circle unknown vocabulary words
• Underline/highlight powerful phrases or sections
• Record responses to ideas
• Record your reactions to sections
• Pose questions to clarify text meanings
• Pose questions to further class discussions

*Annotations can be done INSIDE of your books as I will be looking at your annotations to ensure you have read.

Journals

One journal entry is due per week.

Tuesday is the day journal entries are due by the start of your class period.
